March with the WashCo Dems in Beaverton's Celebration Parade!
Saturday Sept. 8, 9AM~11:30AM
This is the last parade of the year in Washington County, and we want to have another great group of enthusiastic WashCo Dems stepping smartly through the neighborhood!
This year's Parade Theme is "The Many Faces Of Our City!"
Participants meet at Beaverton Christian Church at 9AM with our BIG U. S. Flag,? our WashCo Dems banners (in English and Espanol,) our "Democrats Equal" Progressive Signs, and our usual candy for the kiddies!
We would love to have you and your family join us a, strutting an easy, level route about 1.5 miles to City Hall.
Don't live in Beaverton? We still want you marching with us!
Free transportation 8~9AM from Beaverton Town Square (by the former Hollywood Video) to the church, and?shuttles both ways?12~1PM?to collect your cars and head home to mow the lawn.
