The Redskins' offense - fueled by a career night from quarterback Hunter Atyia - raced away with a 58-24 victory at Stillwater on Friday night.
Union's players admitted they needed a game like this to help soothe ill feelings from last week's 38-35 home setback to the Rams.
Atyia stung Stillwater for a career-high 380 yards (26-of-33 passing, four touchdown passes) and added 45 on the ground. His 425 yards of total offense is believed to be among the best in school history.
"We're coming off of a loss and the offense felt like it had to come out and step it up," the senior said. "We knew we had to come out and score some points. We didn't leave anything on the field."
Atyia engineered an offense that had nine scoring drives in its first 10 possessions.
Redskins coach Kirk Fridrich believed it was the type of game that Atyia had been building toward.
"What we thought, in the preseason, is that he could do that in his senior year," Fridrich said. "You are starting to see the receivers and Hunter get on the same page, which helps the offense run efficiently."
Jeffery Mead (five catches, 130 yards) and Khalid Kornegay (eight catches, 121 yards) were the biggest targets. Mead had two touchdown receptions, and Kornegay and Carson Meier each had one.
The Redskins' offense racked up 571 yards. Justin Silmon ran for 98 yards and had two early touchdown runs to spark his team to a 38-17 halftime advantage. Terrel Buchanan added two more touchdown runs.
Senior defensive back Devon Davis had two momentum-changing plays in the first half. His first-quarter interception led to a Union touchdown. He also stripped a returner after a kickoff to set up a field goal in the second quarter.
"I think (those plays) got us going offensive- and defensive-wise," Davis said.
Stillwater (3-2) was led by Davyn Thompson. The senior running back had 206 total yards of offense (109 rushing, 97 receiving).
Fridrich said this was the type of game the Redskins needed.
"We needed any game that we could get 15 (district) points out of, that's for sure," the Union coach said. "We told the kids that we wanted to start fresh and get going on a six-game streak here that will at least give us an opportunity to host in the playoffs. You have to do it one week at a time. We went back and focused on what we could get done for Friday night."

Sony has started rolling out Ice Cream Sandwich updates for three of its entry-level smartphones, including the Xperia go, Xperia U and Xperia sola. Aside from packing ?standard Android 4.0 goodies,? the new firmware also brings several Sony-specific changes such as:
Moreover, after the update, the Xperia sola can be used with gloves so you can keep your fingers warm in cold weather. Pretty cool.
Unfortunately, this isn?t the over-the-air update and you?ll rather have to connect your Xperia smartphone to a PC or Mac and use Sony?s software. This page at Sony Mobile?s website has all the information needed to proceed.
Dusan has been using smartphones since their introduction and is now following the latest trends in the industry. The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do. In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application. Dusan used to run SymbianWatch.com which later became part of IntoMobile. He lives in Serbia, South-East Europe, from where he edits the site on a daily basis.

The New York Times reports the Affordable Care Act was upheld by U.S. Supreme Court in June, signifiying what many hope will be the end of our reputation as the only rich country with large numbers of uninsured people.
It's a milestone in our history, but most of us are still in the dark about how exactly these new reforms will affect us. With open enrollment deadlines for insurance providers inching ever closer, now is a good time to finally get a grasp on what you can expect from new healthcare reform laws.?
To help make sense of it all, Consumer Reports released a free online brochure titled,??Health Reform: The Seven Things You Need to Know,"? Explained in simple language, the guide provides the most important elements of new healthcare reform initiatives,?according to a?company?press release.
Some of the most dramatically different benefits that consumers can expect include a ban on insurance companies canceling your plan if you get sick, or using your pre-existing condition as a reason to refuse you coverage. In addition, insurance companies are obligated to provide subscribers with better preventative care; services like cancer screenings and immunizations have to be made available at no cost by new private healthcare plans.
MORE: Romney's Pledge to Appeal 'Obamacare' If Elected: Can He Do It?
The guide also explains one of the policy's biggest changes?mandatory healthcare coverage for those who can afford it?which will be rolled out in 2014.
To read the guide in its entirety, you can download it here, or visit the Consumer Reports website.?
Do you expect it to affect our new healthcare policies to affect you positively or negatively? Let us know in the Comments.

Dear Lifehacker,
I've been trying to eat healthy, but I'm having a hard time keeping track of everything I need to know. Is there a way I can use my computer or smartphone to eat better?
Sincerely,
Trying to Eat Right
Dear TER,
Eating healthy is always a bit tough, and while everyone's definition of "healthy" is slightly different, you can easily track what you're eating and get an idea of where you can improve. While a billion dieting apps exist, this is less about losing weight, and more about knowing more about the foods you're eating, how they're affecting your body in the long run, and using technology to keep yourself on track. There's no magic bullet for perfect health, but you can use technology to get a much better idea of your overall eating habits, and find the best ways to achieve the goals you want.
One facet of eating healthy is taking a close look at what you eat. You can do this in any number of ways, but a food journal is one of the most common recommendations. That sounds like a lot of work, but it's surprisingly easy.
For this, we like Lose It, because it's available online, and as iPhone and Android apps. Lose It is technically geared toward losing weight, but since its database of foods is huge, it's an easy way to track what you're eating (and how much you're working out) over the course of a couple weeks to get a better idea of where you need to improve. To use it, just enter in your meals after you eat them, and move on. It's as easy as that.
If you're anything like me, you'll likely be surprised at the results. While I typically consider myself a healthy eater, looking back on a week or two of meals says otherwise. But this isn't about guilting yourself into eating more vegetables. Take a look at your history, and see where you can add (or subtract) foods, or improve the types of meals you enjoy.
We've talked a lot about meal planning as a way to speed up the process of grocery shopping and make your week easier in the long run. Fortunately, with the help of a little tech, you can also plan out your meals in a healthy manner, and know exactly what type of nutritional benefits you'll get. To start, you need to figure out what you really need to be eating.
For this, we like the USDA's SuperTracker. When you sign up for an account you'll enter in your weight, height, and daily activity. SuperTracker then generates a target calorie allowance, and then suggests the mix of food groups (and amounts) to integrate into your diet.
From there, you can plan your meals according to what you should be eating using an app like Menu Planner for iOS, or Food Planner for Android. Both also offer a basic calorie count for your meals.
When you're out eating at a restaurant, grocery shopping, or you're just too tired for anything but fast food, you can still make a decent choice about what to eat. We like a few different options for finding the best meals no matter where you are:
Eating healthy has a ton of different variables, like a dysfunctional diet, a diet that comes with a lot of exercise, and even just healthy eating for those who hate cooking. With the help of tech you can focus those variables on what you need, and figure out where you need to improve in the long run.
Sincerely,
Lifehacker

ScienceDaily (Sep. 28, 2012) ? Since the beginning of August, NASA's Mars rover, Curiosity, has been roaming all over the distant planet learning as much as it can about the Martian terrain. The mission control team back on Earth has also learned what it may be like on Mars by trying to live and work on a Martian day, which is about 40 minutes longer than an Earth day. This 'day' length causes havoc with the internal 24-hour body clock but researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) have developed and tested a fatigue management program which is successful at controlling this space-age jetlag.
The results of the study will be published electronically on September 28, 2012 and will be published in the October print issue of SLEEP.
Mission controllers investigating the Martian landscape are required to communicate with the rover on Martian time. This unusual schedule poses a great challenge as our internal body clock has evolved to expect a 24-hour light-dark, not a 24.65 h 'day', making it difficult to sleep, wake and work. "Our study, which was conducted during the Phoenix Mars Lander mission, investigated the effectiveness of a pilot program to educate the mission personnel on how to reset their body clocks more quickly and how to improve their sleep, alertness and performance," explained Steven W. Lockley, PhD, neuroscientist at BWH, and senior investigator on this study.
The research team studied 19 scientific and technical personnel supporting the Phoenix Lander mission for more than 11 weeks. The participants were assessed using a sleep/work diary, continuous wrist actigraphy, and regular performance tests. A subset of the study participants were also given portable blue-light light boxes to place at their workstations to help reset their internal body clocks and improve their performance. The researchers found that most of the participants were able to synchronize to a Martian day schedule.
"While adapting the human sleep-wake and performance cycle to a 24.65 hour day is a substantial challenge, our study has provided the foundation to develop comprehensive fatigue management programs for future missions, which may eventually include manned missions to Mars," explained Laura Barger, PhD, an associate physiologist at BWH and principal investigator of the study. "Such a program could decrease the risk of fatigue-related mistakes during these high profile and expensive missions."
Researchers suggest that these findings may also prove helpful to other groups that work on unusual 'day-lengths' such as submariners who have traditionally lived on an 18-hour day.

BALTIMORE (AP) ? For a change, the NFL uniform at the center of attention contained three digits.
Referee Gene Steratore, a 10-year NFL veteran, donned his No. 114 and strode onto the field to cheers Thursday night for the game between the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens, signaling once and for all that the real officials are back.
"You know we always pride ourselves in being a face without a name," Steratore told The Associated Press about an hour before kickoff. "This will be a little different, but I don't expect it to last too long. And that's the goal ? is that we can let them get through that portion of this. It's happy to be back, it's happy to be appreciated. But then as soon as the game starts, it's happy to disappear again and let the entertainers entertain."
Steratore and a veteran seven-man crew worked the first game of Week 4 after three weeks of replacement officials. For a change, everyone on all sides was happy to see the familiar faces in stripes.
"The other refs just made dumb calls," said Jessie Riley, a 15-year-old fan wearing an Ed Reed jersey. "I couldn't stand them. Now we won't get robbed; everything will be fair ? hopefully."
A lockout of the league's regular officials ended late Wednesday, two days after a disputed touchdown catch on the last play of "Monday Night Football" brought debate over the use of the replacements to a fevered pitch nationwide. The Seattle Seahawks were awarded the score ? and a 14-12 win ? over the Green Bay Packers, a result that Commissioner Roger Goodell acknowledged "may have pushed the parties further along" in the talks.
"Obviously when you go through something like this it is painful for everybody," Goodell said. "Most importantly, it is painful for our fans. We are sorry to have to put our fans through that, but it is something that in the short term you sometimes have to do to make sure you get the right kind of deal for the long term and make sure you continue to grow the game."
The deal is only tentative ? it must be ratified by 51 percent of the union's 121 members in a vote scheduled for Friday and Saturday in Dallas ? but both sides nevertheless went forward with the plan to have the regulars back for Thursday's game.
So Steratore hustled to Baltimore, making the 3?-hour drive Thursday morning from his home in the Pittsburgh area. He's usually in place the day before a game, but none of his regular pregame meetings had to be changed because the Browns-Ravens game was at night.
"Very elated to be back," he said. "It feels like being back home."
Steratore also was fully aware he would be booed the first time he makes a questionable call ? just like always.
"Without a question," he said. "I've been yelled at by my own children many times, so this won't be any different."
Steratore and his crew set up shop in the designated "Officials Locker Room" in the bowels of the stadium. He emerged about 2? before kickoff to talk briefly to a stadium official about the wireless on-field microphone the referee wears. He later held a regular pregame meeting with stadium crew, telling them to "make sure we run this thing as smoothly" as they had in his previous visits to Baltimore.
Steratore then walked down the tunnel and onto the field, pacing the sidelines with little fanfare because he was still wearing his coat and tie.
The lockout was ended after marathon negotiations produced an eight-year agreement to end the lockout that began in June.
"Those guys might mess up every now and then, but we can live with that happening with professional guys out there," Detroit Lions receiver Calvin Johnson said.
For the Packers, Redskins, Lions and other teams who voiced their displeasure with calls that might have swayed games, the agreement doesn't change their records. The commissioner said he watched Monday night's chaotic Packers-Seahawks finish at home.
"You never want to see a game end like that," he said.
The new agreement will improve officiating in the future, Goodell asserted, reducing mistakes like those made Monday and making the strains of the last three weeks worthwhile.
Goodell acknowledged "you're always worried" about the perception of the league.
"Obviously, this has gotten a lot of attention," he said. "It hasn't been positive, and it's something that you have to fight through and get to the long term. ... We always are going to have to work harder to make sure we get people's trust and confidence in us."
The agreement hinged on working out pension and retirement benefits for the officials, who are part-time employees of the league. Goodell said the NFL's offer to increase the deal's length from five to eight years spurred some concessions from the officials.
The tentative pact calls for their salaries to increase from an average of $149,000 a year in 2011 to $173,000 in 2013, rising to $205,000 by 2019. The current defined benefit pension plan will remain in place for current officials through the 2016 season or until the official earns 20 years' service.
The defined benefit plan will then be frozen. Retirement benefits will be provided for new hires, and for all officials beginning in 2017, through a defined contribution arrangement.
Beginning with the 2013 season, the NFL will have the option to hire a number of officials on a full-time basis to work year round, including on the field. The NFL also will be able to retain additional officials for training and development and can assign those officials to work games. The number of additional officials will be determined by the league.
The NFL players' union, which had protested that using replacements jeopardized health and safety, heartily welcomed back the regular officials.
"Our workplace is safer with the return of our professional referees," its statement said.
The dispute even made its way to the campaign trail, with President Barack Obama's spokesman, Jay Carney, calling Thursday "a great day for America."
"The president's very pleased that the two sides have come together," Carney said.

I'm under 18, but I'm ready to start an online business - specifically a company that specializes in getting other young internet users their own custom websites. I have the funds required to start such a business, but I'm worried about legally accepting payments online. My parents would be willing to sign off on anything, but not willing to use their own accounts for anything (eg. making their PayPal into a business account with their name on it) - don't ask me why, they just aren't willing to do that. I already have a PayPal Student account, but from what I've read in their TOS and from other people online is that I can't operate a business with that account - that I run a high risk of being limited. Does anyone have suggestions from payment processors that allow minors to take payments as a business? Thanks in advance |
|
|||
You might just have to wait until you're 18 |
|
|||
You'll need to have a parent or legal guardian obtain the gateway accounts. The only way around this that I am aware of is to be emancipated, but you'd want to talk to an attorney and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend that route. __________________ ? Since you are not 18 and assuming you are from USA , you can not legally sign any contract nor own any business. Thus you can not accept payment online ( and offline in various situation). I would suggest you to hold onto your fund and wait till you are legally mature . --Roel. |
|

The way to do this is to have a legal entity. Then you provide your business details, EIN etc. Certain areas allow states to be registered at lower age levels so just research. Just find a place to register with no age req. =) __________________ ? hostingcove.com | Tennessee Based Hosting Provider. ? From what I hear you can do is to get your parents to register your business and you be the only employee of that until you're 18 when you'll then be legally allowed to "take over" the business. |
|
|||
Hm, perhaps I phrased my OP wrong. I don't really want to register an official business, but I want to be able to accept maybe 50 transactions a month, and then be able to use that money. Is there a way I could do this by myself? |

Our 16 year old twin daughters and our 13 year old daughter own an internet radio station that's been in operation since 2004, previously owned by their older sisters that are now married. They have a bank account with us as the co signers on the account. They also have a Paypal account that's in our names dba as the name of their radio station. They have a membership for their radio station based on membership donation. Their mom and I control the finances of their business. For them to write a check one of us have to co sign the check. We've had no issues with them and with the profits they're making all of that is going into their college funds as a tax free investment. The way we're handling things is teaching them they must take care of their money, run their business legally, cannot waste their money, accounting, banking and straight up business management. If you're under the legal age to own a business then I would suggest you get some adult help and learn some smart business practices from them, or you may end up being an also ran and hiding from your clients. Good luck on your business venture. |

ScienceDaily (Sep. 25, 2012) ? Cardiac stress -- for example, a heart attack or high blood pressure -- frequently leads to pathological heart growth and subsequently to heart failure. Two tiny RNA molecules play a key role in this detrimental development in mice, as researchers at the Hannover Medical School and the G?ttingen Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry have now discovered. When they inhibited one of those two specific molecules, they were able to protect the rodent against pathological heart growth and failure. With these findings, the scientists hope to be able to develop therapeutic approaches that can protect humans against heart failure.
Respiratory distress, fatigue, and attenuated performance are symptoms that can accompany heart failure. A reason for this can be an enlarged heart, a so-called cardiac hypertrophy. It may develop when the heart is subjected to permanent stress, for example, due to persistent high blood pressure or a valvular heart defect. In order to boost the pumping performance, the heart muscle cells enlarge -- a condition that frequently results in heart failure if not treated.
Two small RNA molecules tip the balance
A research team at the G?ttingen Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and the Hannover Medical School discovered that two small RNA molecules play a key role in the growth of heart muscle cells: the microRNAs miR-212 and miR-132. The scientists had observed that these microRNAs are more prevalent in the cardiac muscle cells of mice suffering from cardiac hypertrophy. To determine the role that the two microRNAs play, the scientists bred genetically modified mice that had an abnormally large number of these molecules in their heart muscle cells. "These rodents developed cardiac hypertrophy and lived for only three to six months, whereas their healthy conspecifics had a normal healthy life-span of several years," explained Dr. Kamal Chowdhury, researcher in the Department of Molecular Cell Biology at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry. "For comparison, we also selectively switched off these microRNAs in other mice. These animals had a slightly smaller heart than their healthy conspecifics, but did not differ from them in behavior or life-span," continued the biologist. The crucial point is when the scientists subjected the hearts of these mice to stress by narrowing the aorta, the mice did not develop cardiac hypertrophy -- in contrast to normal mice.
A microRNA inhibitor protects mice against hypertrophy
The scientists were also able to protect normal mice against the disease. When they gave them a substance that selectively inhibits microRNA-132, no pathological cardiac growth occurred -- even when the hearts of these mice were subjected to stress. "Thus, for the first time ever, we have found a molecular approach for treating pathological cardiac growth and heart failure in mice," said the cardiologist Professor Dr. Dr. Thomas Thum, MD, Director of the Institute for Molecular and Translational Therapy Strategies (IMTTS) at the Hannover Medical School. With these findings, the researchers hope that they will be able to develop therapeutic approaches that can also protect humans against heart failure. "Such microRNA inhibitors, alone or in combination with conventional treatments, could represent a promising new therapeutic approach," said Thum.
"In mice with an overdosage of the two microRNAs in their heart muscle cells, the cellular 'recycling program' is curbed," explained Dr. Ahmet Ucar, who together with Shashi K. Gupta was responsible for the experiments. In this recycling process, the cell breaks down components that are damaged or no longer required and reuses their constituents -- a vital process that, for example, ensures the organism's survival under stress conditions. In mice without the microRNAs -212 and 132, this recycling program is more active than in their normal conspecifics. Conceivably, the reduced cellular recycling could be a cause of the observed cardiac hypertrophy.

ScienceDaily (Sep. 23, 2012) ? In their quest for a cancer cure, researchers at the Duke Cancer Institute made a serendipitous discovery -- a molecule necessary for cheaper and greener ways to produce nylon.
The finding, described in the Sept. 23, 2012, issue of the journal Nature Chemical Biology, arose from an intriguing notion that some of the genetic and chemical changes in cancer tumors might be harnessed for beneficial uses.
"In our lab, we study genetic changes that cause healthy tissues to go bad and grow into tumors. The goal of this research is to understand how the tumors develop in order to design better treatments," said Zachary J. Reitman, Ph.D., an associate in research at Duke and lead author of the study. "As it turns out, a bit of information we learned in that process paves the way for a better method to produce nylon."
Nylon is a ubiquitous material, used in carpeting, upholstery, auto parts, apparel and other products. A key component for its production is adipic acid, which is one of the most widely used chemicals in the world. Currently, adipic acid is produced from fossil fuel, and the pollution released from the refinement process is a leading contributor to global warming.
Reitman said he and colleagues delved into the adipic acid problem based on similarities between cancer research techniques and biochemical engineering. Both fields rely on enzymes, which are molecules that convert one small chemical to another. Enzymes play a major role in both healthy tissues and in tumors, but they are also used to convert organic matter into synthetic materials such as adipic acid.
One of the most promising approaches being studied today for environmentally friendly adipic acid production uses a series of enzymes as an assembly line to convert cheap sugars into adipic acid. However, one critical enzyme in the series, called a 2-hydroxyadipate dehydrogenase, has never been produced, leaving a missing link in the assembly line.
This is where the cancer research comes in. In 2008 and 2009, Duke researchers, including Hai Yan, M.D., PhD., identified a genetic mutation in glioblastomas and other brain tumors that alters the function of an enzyme known as an isocitrate dehydrogenase.
Reitman and colleagues had a hunch that the genetic mutation seen in cancer might trigger a similar functional change to a closely related enzyme found in yeast and bacteria (homoisocitrate dehydrogenase), which would create the elusive 2-hydroxyadipate dehydrogenase necessary for "green" adipic acid production.
They were right. The functional mutation observed in cancer could be constructively applied to other closely related enzymes, creating a beneficial outcome -- in this case the missing link that could enable adipic acid production from cheap sugars. The next step will be to scale up the overall adipic acid production process, which remains a considerable undertaking.
"It's exciting that sequencing cancer genomes can help us to discover new enzyme activities," Reitman said. "Even genetic changes that occur in only a few patients could reveal useful new enzyme functions that were not obvious before."
Yan, a professor in the Department of Pathology and senior author of the study, said the research demonstrates how an investment in medical research can be applied broadly to solve other significant issues of the day.
"This is the result of a cancer researcher thinking outside the box to produce a new enzyme and create a precursor for nylon production," Yan said. "Not only is this discovery exciting, it reaffirms the commitment we should be making to science and to encouraging young people to pursue science."
In addition to Reitman and Yan, study authors include Bryan D. Choi, Ivan Spasojevic, Darell D. Bigner and John H. Sampson. The work was supported with funds from the National Institutes of Health (R01 CA1403160). The authors are listed on a patent that is pending related to the mutated enzymes.

There are seven stages in a romantic relationship: avoidance, meeting, dating, breaking up, establishing exclusivity, commitment, and keeping the love you find. Each of these stages vary in length and intensity. At each stage, there are thoughts and feelings telling you what to do and when to do it. You need to learn to listen to your intuition in each stage, so that you can make smart decisions.
It is important to note that the breaking up stage can happen at any time within the other stages; i.e., at any time you or the other person decides to exit the relationship for whatever reason.
In all seven stages, you always have these choices:
1. Continue moving forward
2. Stagnate
3. Slow down or go backwards
4. Exit
By taking notice of the signals from your head and heart, you will be better able to interpret what your intuition is telling you. At each stage, consider, ?What am I thinking and feeling?? Are you receiving conflicting messages? Is your head saying one thing and your heart another? This is often the case, particularly in romantic relationships. What happens is there is an agreement error, a contrast between your thoughts and your feelings. This is perfectly normal. Just remember that you have your very own internal system of checks and balances. This system was designed to keep you safe. For the moment, it is temporarily out of order, probably due to stimulation overload. So, before making any decision at this time, go somewhere quiet? the answers will come with reflection and focus.
Once the answer comes, you should act quickly so you do not have time to doubt your decision. You should never feel trapped or unable to choose what is right for you. If at any time you do feel this way, then that is a good sign that something is not right with the relationship. You then need to examine what it is that is holding you back. If it turns out to be the other person, you are probably better off leaving the relationship.
A smart way to make important stage decisions is to mutually agree on what to do next. After all, ?if it is meant to be, it will be,? so you may as well start out making important decisions together. Couples who have good relationships know that it takes time to build their love. They make a conscious effort to progress slowly and purposefully through each stage, enjoying the process, while allowing their love to develop naturally.
Communicating with each other is essential to this process. You should be open and honest about your concerns and fears, so that you can trust that everything has been said and understood by both parties. Even if you find that things aren?t what you would have hoped for, at least you know what is going on and then you can work on making it better.
Levels of Love
Most of us have experienced love blindness. We either think we love someone or do not realize until it is too late that we actually did love someone. You do not have to be blinded by love. You have the power to recognize it, but you must use smart decision-making skills to avoid making fatal relationship mistakes. In this section, work on waking up your awareness so that you will act in ?knowing.? The first step is to become familiar with the stages of relationships and the corresponding levels of love that you or your partner will most likely experience.
Relationship Avoidance Stage
?I do not desire love?
Goal: to prepare yourself for love
Characterized by non-interest
Meeting Stage
?I am open to finding love?
Goal: to prospect for the possibility of love in others
Characterized by anticipation
Dating Stage
?I hope to find love?
Goal: to pre-qualify for a potential partner
Characterized by uncertainty
(These three stages represent being single and the importance of using the ?Screen-out? process.)
Breaking Up Stage
?I no longer have love with this person?
Goal: to let go of the person/love
Characterized by disappointment/relief
(Breaking up is a transitional stage.)
Exclusivity Stage
?I think this is love?
Goal: to further qualify the person to see if she/he might be a good match
Characterized by excitement
Commitment Stage
?I know this is love?
Goal: to close the deal
Characterized by confidence
Keeping the Love You Find Stage
?I want to keep this love?
Goal: to preserve the love you have found
Characterized by continuous commitment
(These three stages represent being involved and the importance of using the ?Screen-in? process.)
The key is to consciously place yourself in each stage. For example, if you decide you want to be in the ?dating stage? then be fully present and make a true effort to make yourself available for dating. If, however, you find that your heart isn?t in it, and that you would rather avoid relationships, then you need to stop and consciously put yourself back in that stage. This will help you to stay clear on what you want and enable you to honestly communicate to others ?where you are at.? Each level and stage of the relationship is a transition and involves psychological and emotional energy. As you progress through each level, you will no doubt experience excitement and anxiety, hope and fear, arousal and dis-arousal, certainty and uncertainty, along with a myriad of other feelings. You will need to work hard at balancing the messages that you are receiving from both your head and your heart to most accurately interpret the incoming, overwhelming information?it is very easy! to be misled.

ow would you like to start banking in predictable income and generate windfall profits at a minor expense of working just a few hours a day - and do it for a long, long time to come? Of course you would. Who wouldn't want to?
If you have been immersed in the Internet Marketing space for at least a few months, surely you have seen some fads come and go.
You may have witnessed some of these trend changes. And they all have one direction in common: DOWN.
If you have to keep learning and relearning new techniques to ride on every trend, making money online is going to be a struggle. And how LONG can you last?
?
It's tried. It's tested. It stands the test of time.
You won't be at the mercy of shortlived trends because email is an essential Internet tool - and everyone with an Internet access has an email account.
Once you get people onto your mailing list, it's yours. They have already given you their permission to email them, and you can be making money just sending emails to them.
How long does it take to write an email? No more than five minutes of your time.
How often can you send emails to them? As often as you want! (I prefer to send once a day but it's up to everyone's preference)
How much money can you make? Well, the more email subscribers you have, the more potential income you can make - literally with the click of the mouse!
?
By 'mailing list' I don't mean just a list of names and email addresses. If no one on your list is a willing buyer, you can't start lining your pockets.
While most Level 1 amateurs don't have a list (and resort to animal instincts to make money online), I suspect the Level 2 marketers already have their own autoresponder and may have some subscribers already.
Except that they are not making money yet.
You need a pool of hot, hungry buyers waiting to give you money every time you ask for it - not an ocean of tire-kickers.
?
A list contains names and email addresses of people who:
1) Are likely to buy what sell, and
2) Have given you permission to sell to them.
Easy, right?
Now when you have a list, you can send offers to them to buy something. This is NOT spamming. You must build a relationship with your people and provide relevant messages to them in order to be successful.
Why build a list?
If you have been online for some time, you know that traffic is the currency of the Internet. Once you built your list, you never have to worry about getting traffic, EVER.
Here's why...
All I need to do is send an email to my list, invite them to click on a link to my website, and
?
Matter of fact, if you play your cards right you can make money clicking the "Send" button in your email software and have orders pouring in -- within minutes! I have seen it happened before and also done it myself several times.
The way I see it right now, there are more products in the marketplace than there are marketers. Which makes marketers more valuable and in demand.
Even if you have no product of your own, with a substantial mailing list you will have product creators flocking to you instead of you having to go all out.
You can negotiate from a position of power, like
Strike up partnerships with amazing product creators who create groundbreaking solutions but don't have the reach.
Beating up other affiliates in sales contests (and win some extra cash, prizes and fame while you're at it)
And you can shamelessly ask for a higher commission percentage (no more 50-50!) and some extra favors.
Remember, they need you MORE than you need them now!
Over the years, I have applied every technique I know to build my list to build, support and grow my business. Some worked like gangbusters, while others were just a waste of time and money. In the end, I distilled techniques that worked and kept using them to generate new customers to make sales to.
The best part is that all the time throughout, whenever a fad bursts it has little or no effect on my profits.
Because I don't build my business on shaky grounds. And I certainly don't waste my energy and efforts on anything I suspect is just a passing trend. As fad bubbles pop and the latest moolah-making technique is exposed for the fraud it is, I continue to chug cash into my PayPal account, ClickBank account...
You get the drift.

I want to be clear and up front on a few things:
By now, you're probably asking how much this is going to cost.
But what if you were to ask yourself how much it would cost you IF you don't start your own Ace List Building Machine today.
Most people start by buying a domain name (around $10 a year), paying for web hosting (around $10 a month), then getting an autoresponder (around $20 a month), and then they buy traffic ($50 budget) and push leads into their "Squeeze Pages" for signups.
That's about under a hundred bucks.
If that's your game plan, stop right now.
Everything from the domain name up until the autoresponder part is correct. The problem starts at the traffic part!
If you don't have a proper game plan, you are not going to ace the Internet marketing game. (You know, I sometimes still wish I can go back a few years and tell myself what I know today!)
But I can tell you how. And you don't have to make the same mistakes I did when I started. Smart people learn from their mistakes; smarter people learn from other people's mistakes.
You probably have heard how marketing gurus are pricing their seminars and coaching programs on the same topic for an upwards of $2000 and above.
While I could go along that line and build a consultation program around this method, as mentioned earlier I have no intention of doing that in interest of personal time.
And my educated guess says that not everyone has a spare $500 laying around either.
So I'll give you instant online access to my Ace List Building course at a much lower price.
Now you have no excuse not to succeed.
But that's not all...
It Doesn't Have To Be 'Yes' or 'No' - A 'Maybe' Will Do. Test Drive It For 60 Days! Here's the deal: You are instantly protected by my 100% satisfaction "or your money" guarantee policy, and that's a promise I make to all of my customers. With the Ace List Building blueprint, you will experience adrenaline list-building rush like never before. And because I want to recession-proof your success, I'm giving you another a FULL 60 DAYS so you can carefully apply everything at your own pace. This is my special treat to you in case you still need to work 8 hours a day to make a living. If you follow the step-by-step instructions I give you, not only can you make back your investment, but certainly have enough money to reinvest in your autoresponder, web hosting, and for better Squeeze Pages to multiply your earnings. If you can't make back your investment, then I don't deserve your money and I insist you demand a refund. |
What have you got to lose?
?
?
P.S. You are protected by my full 90-days guarantee to test my system. Either own a highly responsive list of buyers - or your money back! This is your opportunity to quickly build your list and buff it up with hot, hungry buyers to storm through these tough economic times.
